Upon my initial consultation with Crystal, I was floored by the levels of thoughtfulness and professionalism she brings to the training space, and how she grapples with deep and difficult conversations through a trauma-sensitive lens.  But it wasn’t until I had an opportunity to actually attend a training led by Crystal, that I understood the depth of her knowledge and skills.  I have full faith and confidence that she can take on many of the training needs of our cities and affiliate associations, sharing meaningful content in a transformative way.
