Crystal Morris is a Jamaican-born social justice professional, advocating for almost two decades. She is a dynamic facilitator who reviews governance blueprints to demolish blind spots contributing to low employee morale, disengagement, and attrition.
She lays a firm foundation for cultural humility and models trauma-informed practices to establish healthy and productive workplace ecosystems.
Alongside her private consulting, Crystal has professional affiliations with other capacity building firms. She is the Managing Director over Climate and Culture for Carter Global, where she supports clients in enacting inclusive and equitable board cultures and strategic direction. She also serves as a Lead Facilitator for ATHENA International, a nonprofit organization dedicated to building a global pipeline of women leaders from the classroom to the boardroom. Finally, she facilitates workshops on Trauma-Informed and Resilience-Focused Practices for Starr Commonwealth, where she trains and coaches educators and administrators on Social Emotional Learning.
Crystal is pursuing her Doctoral Degree in Human Service with a specialization in Organizational Leadership. Shed holds certifications as a Professional Diversity Coach, Trauma and Resilience Coach, and Emotional Intelligence Practitioner. A storyteller at heart, she braids narratives from her lived and learned expertise into her work.
